End-End Network Correlation
Q-Advisor management system collects information from all headend, network and CPE software agents and correlates results into simple video quality MOS scores. Using timestamps to correlate information obtained from deep content analysis of pre-encrypted data at the headend with network QoS information obtained from probes in the encrypted part of the network, V-Factor can determine how network problems impact actual content – even in cases where content is encrypted. This is a key component of the V-Factor offering.
